Your initial consultation is just £40 - which lasts an hour and includes treatment. During this time we will discuss your medical history, your lifestyle, job and what you hope the chosen form of massage to achieve. I will also provide a postural assessment and some muscle flexibility tests if required, to identify muscle weaknesses.
