We can treat a range of clients for a range of issues. Many of our clients come to us looking for preventative treatment which puts a stop to potential issues becoming more serious. We also offer corrective remedial massage which can aid speeding up recovery. Ideal for a sports person - we offer sports massage which targets areas which are under a high amount of stress. This can be implemented throughout various stages of training.

Your initial consultation is just £35 - which lasts an hour and includes treatment. During this time we will discuss your medical history, your lifestyle, job and what you hope the chosen form of massage to achieve. I will also provide a postural assessment and some muscle flexibility tests if required, to identify muscle weaknesses.
